Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen logistics issues.
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may be charged for orders below ₹499.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

All products are hygienically packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly materials.

Perishable items like snacks or sweets are packed to maintain freshness and shelf life during transit.
8. Delivery Issues

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will make a second attempt.
