  • Physical Products: If you wish to cancel an order for a physical product, you must do so before the item has been shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Refund Policy

  • Digital Products/Services: Refunds for digital products or services will only be issued if the product or service is defective, does not meet the description provided on the Site, or if we fail to deliver the product or service as promised.   • Physical Products: Refunds for physical products are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or not as described. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may require you to return the product to us before processing the refund.
